摘要:

营养相关疾病是当今世界重大的公共卫生问题。大量流行病学研究表明,膳食纤维(DF)在营养相关疾病的防治中具有重要作用。2014年发布的《中国居民膳食营养素参考摄入量》中指出,中国DF的特定建议值为25 g/d,而中国成年人的DF摄入量远远低于该水平。近年来有大量关于DF与营养相关疾病关系的人群研究,促使人们用Meta分析的方法对这些研究进行汇总分析。本文针对这些Meta分析资料进行总结,将为DF用于防治营养相关性疾病提供理论支持。
