探讨含糖饮料消费与2型糖尿病的关系,为预防2型糖尿病提供基础依据。计算机检索Pub Med、EMBASE、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)和万方数据库,共收集41篇文献,整理并进行综述研究。发现含糖饮料消费量逐年升高,大部分研究表明经常消费含糖饮料与2型糖尿病有相关性。独立于能量、肥胖因素,含糖饮料消费与2型糖尿病呈正相关,但证据的精确性和普适性需要进一步加强。
