摘要：
本研究采用次氮基三乙酸作活化剂，锰催化高碘酸钾氧化考马斯亮蓝Ｇ２５０褪色的指示反应。该法选择性好，检出限达到６．７６×１０－８ｇ／Ｌ，２５ｍｌ工作液Ｍｎ（Ⅱ）含量线性范围在０．０２～０．３０μｇ。
Abstract：A new indicator reaction is developed on the basis of manganese catalyzed oxidation of coomassie brilliant blue G250 by potassium periodate with nitrilotriaetic acid as an activator.The detection limit for manganese is 676×10-8g/L.The linear range of determination is 002～030μg/25mL.
