多肽组学在疾病研究中的应用

摘要:

多肽组学是以机体内源性多肽和低分子量蛋白质为研究对象,研究多肽组的成分、功能、变化规律及其相关关系。多肽可以体现不同生理病理条件下蛋白的合成、加工和降解过程,同时,对基因的表达、物质代谢等过程又有调节作用,因此多肽组学被认为是连接蛋白组学和代谢组学的"桥梁"。本文将对多肽组学在肿瘤、内分泌系统疾病、神经系统疾病、免疫系统疾病及泌尿生殖系统疾病中的应用进行综述,重点阐释其在生物标志物的筛选、疾病诊断、疾病监测、疗效评价及预防等方面的研究进展。
