亚硝胺类化合物与神经退行性病变

摘要:

亚硝胺类化合物是一类前体物质复杂、结构多样的强致癌性化合物,广泛存在于环境、食品与人体中。该类物质对肝、肾等具有消化吸收和代谢功能的器官可产生强毒性及致癌、致畸、致突变作用,但对神经方面的损害鲜有报道。本文简要概括了亚硝胺类化合物与神经退行性病变的研究进展,旨在提高人们对亚硝胺类化合物的进一步认识。
