卫生研究

静电旋风除尘器综合了静电、旋风两种除尘器的机理和优点，具有结构简单、运行费用低、除尘效率高等优点。本文分析静电旋风除尘器的除尘机理，并介绍ＺＤＳ型静电旋风除尘器的特性。试验研究表明，该除尘器除尘效率为９６％～９９％，阻力为２００～４００Ｐａ，在劳保及环境领域具有广阔的应用前景。

Electrostatic cyclone is a dust-controlling equipment with the properties of both eletrostatic cleaner and cyclone collector,It possess the advantages of simple construction,low running cost and high efficiency,etc.The mechanism of dust-collecting electrostatic cyclone was analyzed,and the characteristics of electrostatic cyclone ZDS was introduced in this paper.The results showed that the efficienoy of this type of electrostatic cyclone is 96%～9%,The resistance is 200～400 Pa,and it thus has good prospects on labour and enviromental protection.
