铁死亡与植物化学物在胃癌中的研究进展

摘要:

植物化学物是从水果蔬菜等植物中提取的除维生素以外的对人体有益的化合物,已有研究表明其对多种癌症治疗具有促进作用。铁死亡是由于细胞内活性氧大量生成和大量亚铁离子积累导致的脂质过氧化引起的细胞膜破坏导致的细胞死亡,是一种新型程序性细胞死亡方式。许多植物化学物可以通过对铁死亡的调节应用于胃癌的治疗中。本文综述了通过靶向铁死亡途径对胃癌发生发展产生作用的植物化学物及其可能机制。
