摘要:

随着质谱技术的发展,它在分子诊断学和卫生学领域中起着越来越重要的作用。基质辅助激光解离电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF-MS)技术是一种快速、简便易行和高通量的蛋白质组学研究方法,在卫生研究尤其是临床研究中具有广阔的应用前景。该文介绍了MALDI-TOF-MS技术的原理及其优缺点,并对其与蛋白质组学各种技术的联合应用在筛选人血清蛋白标志方面的研究进展进行综述,同时对MALDI-TOF-MS技术的发展、完善以及将来的应用前景提出了可能的方向。
