饮食干预策略的可持续实操是血糖管理的关键,而改变进食顺序已被证明可帮助改善血糖变异性,且应用简便,依从性强,易于接受,便于日常操作。已有有关进食顺序的中文综述大多探讨对餐后血糖、胰岛素的影响,鲜有从血糖变异性的角度出发,对各类食物进食顺序的影响分类论述。本文综述蔬菜、水果、谷薯类、蛋白质食物、饮品在不同进食顺序下稳定血糖波动的研究证据,讨论分析改变各类型食物进食顺序的控制血糖变异性可能机制,并探讨该策略在血糖管理中的应用潜力。
