本文综述了最近几年来对黄曲霉毒素分子生物学研究的突破性进展 ,重点阐述了黄曲霉毒素生物合成的遗传学过程及防治黄曲霉毒素污染的分子生物学策略
Abstract：This review provides several important breakthroughs on the molecular biology of aflatoxin biosynthesis and information on the regulation and evolution of the af latoxin pathway, and the elimination of the toxin from the food chain as well.
