目的观察姜黄素对2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛β细胞的作用,及与胰岛β细胞凋亡的关系。方法采用高脂饲料联合小剂量(40 mg/kg)链脲佐菌素诱导2型糖尿病模型。将Wistar大鼠随机分为5组,每组10只:对照组、模型组、250 mg/kg姜黄素组、10 mg/kg吡格列酮组和250 mg/kg姜黄素联合10 mg/kg吡格列酮组,经口干预连续10周。检测大鼠24 h饮水量、尿量以及口服葡萄糖耐量,原位末端核苷酸标记法检测胰岛β细胞凋亡。结果与对照组比较,模型组大鼠血糖、饮水量和尿量明显增加,葡萄糖耐量降低(P<0.05),胰岛β细胞凋亡增加。与模型组比较,姜黄素组大鼠血糖、饮水量和尿量减少,葡萄糖耐量增加(P<0.05),胰岛β细胞凋亡减少。结论姜黄素能够降低2型糖尿病大鼠血糖、缓解多饮多尿症状并且增加葡萄糖耐量,其作用可能与抑制胰岛β细胞凋亡有关。
