维生素K(vitamin K,VitK)自被发现以来以其凝血功能为人们熟知,但近年来研究者们逐渐发现VitK在骨骼健康、心血管疾病、肿瘤、代谢综合征等多方面具有积极的健康效应,因此非常有必要了解我国人群的VitK营养状况,使VitK更好地发挥有益的健康效应。已有一些可用于评价体内VitK营养状况的指标被报道,但目前仍无公认的评价指标,因此无法针对不同的营养或疾病状态进行评估并提出改善建议。本研究通过整理回顾近年来报道的体内循环的VitK相关指标及检测方法,同时就不同的检测操作条件下,如储存时间、温度及反复冻融等对VitK相关指标的稳定性的影响等方面进行了综述,并对各种方法的特点进行了总结和分析。
