摘要:

沙门菌是引起我国食源性疾病的重要致病菌。传统的沙门菌生化鉴定和血清分型方法已不能满足日益繁重的检测工作要求,快速灵敏的分子生物学方法越来越多地应用于沙门菌研究中。本文就基因水平的沙门菌检测、鉴定及分型最新进展进行综述。
