目的 探索MTHFR与MTRR基因多态性与妊娠期高血压疾病的关联性。方法 选取2021年7月至2022年12月武汉市某大型三甲医院的孕产妇作为研究对象,分为妊娠期高血压患病组(141例)与对照组(1540例)。收集孕产妇一般个人信息,MTHFR、MTRR基因多态性及妊娠期高血压疾病的临床诊断结果。采用χ2检验比较病例组与对照组间基因型的分布差异性,采用多因素逐步Logistic回归分析MTHFR与MTRR基因多态性与妊娠期高血压疾病的关联性。结果 研究对象年龄(30.55±3.55)岁。MTHFR基因C677T位点的CT基因型与CC型相比,发生妊娠期高血压疾病的风险下降(OR=0.57,95%CI 0.39~0.84)。结论 MTHFR(C677T)基因多态性、孕前体质指数、高血压家族史与妊娠期高血压疾病的发病风险显著相关。
