阐述了在尿中δ－氨基乙酰丙酸的测定过程中，如何实行严格的质量控制，确保分析数据的准确性和可比性。提出了使用主要成分与尿相似的模拟尿质控样来监控分析过程中的误差。模拟尿δ－氨基乙酰丙酸质控样配制方便，性能稳定易于普及，为开展实验室内及实验室间质量控制提供有效的手段。
Abstract：This article describes how to fulfil strict quality control to assure the accuracy and comparability of urine δ-ALA. It also describes the use of quality control samples made from simulated urine, whose main contents are the same to urire, to monitor the errors during the analysis process. The quality control samples are easy to produce. They are stable and easy to use. It provides a useful tool for the internal and external quality control program.
