选择我国常见化妆品成分３９种作为被试物（抗原），通过动物实验，测得受试物的安全浓度。在此基础上，参照文献拟出人体皮肤斑贴试验浓度，按常规方法分别在１０名自愿受试者背部作皮肤斑贴试验，取１０名受试者均呈阴性的浓度作为推荐试用的化妆品成分皮肤斑贴试验浓度，再以门诊所见的湿疹或接触性皮炎患者为对象进行验证。结果各种受试物的阳性率在０～１２％，平均为３．４％。通过以上三步试验所得的数据，拟定了我国化妆品皮肤斑贴试验抗原标准系列，作为化妆品皮肤病诊断标准及处理原则的附件之一。

39 allergens,chemical ingredients commonly used in cosmetics in China,were tested.The safe concentration of allergens was determined in experiments on animals.On the basis of the above results and referring to the literature,the concentration of allergens used in patch test for human was designed and the patch test was carried out on 10 volunteers by routine method.Finally the concentration which gave no reaction in all 10 volunteers was verified in patients with eczema or contact dermatitis.The rate of positive reactions for each allergen was raged from 0 to 12% with an average 3 4%,According to the results of three above mentioned experiments the series of allergen standards for patch test was established.It is used as an appendix to the document for diagnostic criteria and principles of management of consmetic diseases.
