皮肤致敏性检测中替代方法的研究进展

摘要:

鉴于动物保护,3R原则的日益提倡,目前发展了很多传统化学物致敏性检测方法的替代方法,本文将这些替代方法分为体内替代方法(如局部淋巴结法等),体外替代方法(如基因标志物,肽反应试验,细胞模型,人工皮肤/重组模型,结构活性关系分析等),并对这些替代方法及其目前的研究进展做一综述。
