目的探讨正常体重中老年人群血清铁蛋白(serum ferritin,SF)水平与高尿酸血症的关系。方法纳入2018年1—12月在青岛某医院体检中心进行体检的人群为研究对象,通过问卷收集其年龄、身高、体重、性别、病史和生活习惯等基本信息,最终纳入45岁及以上人群共2800人。检测血糖、血清尿酸、尿素氮、肌酐、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和SF。按照SF的四分位数进行分组,采用Logistic回归分析研究SF与高尿酸血症的关系。结果与对照组相比,高尿酸血症患者SF浓度增高,两组的中位数分别为59.50μg/L、 89.04μg/L(U=228429.50,P<0.001)。在多因素Logistic回归分析中,SF第四与第一四分位数相比,高尿酸血症患者的OR=1.95(95%CI 1.07~3.54)。在性别和年龄的分层分析中,男性和45~60岁中年人群SF浓度与高尿酸血症呈正相关关系。结论在体重正常的中老年人群中,SF与高尿酸血症呈正相关关系。
