叙述了一种简单快速测定车间空气中三氟化硼的方法,采用多用途空气收集器采集空气中的三氟化硼,三氟化硼在吸收液中水解成硼酸,然后用苯羟乙酸(MA)和扁桃酸(MG)络合显色,苯萃取,在633nm波长下分光光度法测定。方法的检测限为0.055mg/L,最低检测浓度为0.1mg/m3(采集30L空气)线性范围0~0.5mg/L,平均采样效率为96.8%。
Abstract:An extraction spectrophotometric determination methOd of boron trifluoride (BF3) in air of workplace is developed. Boron trifluoride is collected with the universal air sampler containing absorbing solution and hydrolyzed to boric acid in the absorbing solution. The boron reacts with mandelic acid and malachite green. The boron-complex ion obtained is extracted into benzene and its absorbance is measured at 633nm. The calibration graph is linear in the range of 0~0. 5mg/L of boron. The minimum detectable concentration of BF3 is 0.1mg/m3 in 30L of air sample. The mean sampling rate of the procedure is 96.8%.
