目的 了解成都市7~12岁学龄儿童的营养状况和龋齿患病情况,探索体质指数与龋病的关系。方法 采用分层随机整群抽样方法,在2021年6月选取成都市城区和农村各1所小学,共1553名7~12岁学龄儿童,其中女生784名(50.48%),男生769名(49.52%),通过问卷调查获得学生基本信息,龋齿患病情况由专业医师进行口腔检查,并测量儿童身高体重。根据体质指数(body mass index, BMI),采用《学龄儿童青少年营养不良筛查》(WS/T 456—2014)和《学龄儿童青少年超重与肥胖筛查》(WS/T 586—2018)标准将儿童分成消瘦、正常、超重和肥胖组。分别用dmft、DMFT和dmft+DMFT表示乳牙、恒牙和混合牙列龋失补指数(decayed, missing and filled teeth, DMFT),采用t检验、方差分析和χ2检验对不同组别学龄儿童龋失补指数和患龋率差异进行分析。使用多重线性回归分析体质指数和龋失补指数的相关性。结果 消瘦组乳牙和混合牙列患龋率分别为47.31%(n=88)和50.00%(n=93),均高于其他组(P<0.05),但不同BMI分组间恒牙患龋率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在不同学校类型、学生睡前进食行为、含糖饮料食用频率组别中,乳牙患龋率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。消瘦组乳牙和混合牙列龋失补指数分别为1.46±2.25和1.53±2.25,高于其他组(P<0.05)。调整城乡、睡前进食行为和含糖饮料食用频率后,BMI与dmft呈负相关关系(β=-0.26,95%CI-0.38~-0.14,P<0.05)。结论 成都市1553名7~12岁儿童的龋齿患病率较高,学龄儿童的体质指数与龋失补指数具有负相关关系。
