目的研究乌鸡天麻营养液对小鼠机体免疫调节的作用。方法以小鼠为动物模型,观察低、中、高剂量(16.7、33.4和50.0ml/kgbw)的乌鸡天麻营养液对小鼠体重、免疫器官相对重量、细胞免疫功能、体液免疫功能、单核巨噬细胞功能、NK细胞活性的影响。结果乌鸡天麻营养液可明显提高小鼠胸腺/体重比值(P<0.05);各剂量组与对照组相比,极显著的增加小鼠脾细胞溶血空斑数(P<0.01),且剂量越高,作用效果越显著;低、中剂量组均能显著增强小鼠NK细胞活性(P<0.05)。结论乌鸡天麻营养液具有增强机体免疫功能的作用。
Abstract：Objective To study the immunoregulatory function of Silky Chichen-Gastrodia Elata Blume nutrient solution in mice.Methods Body weights, relative weights of immune organs, celluar immune functions, humoral immunity functions, mononuclear macrophage activitied and NK cell activities were tested in mice treated at the doses of 16.7, 33.4 and 50.0ml/kg bw of Silky Chichen-Gastrodia Elata Blume nutrient solution.Results Silky Chichen-Gastrodia Elata Blume nutrient solution could remarkably increase the ratio of thymus to weight(P<0.05) and the number of plague forming cells of mouse spleen cells(P<0.01). NK cells activities were significantly increased(P<0.05) under the conditions of twenty fold or thirty fold dosage of the the nutrient solution.Conclusion It was suggested that Silky Chichen-Gastrodia Elata Blume nutrient solution could have strong strengthening function on immune system.
