烷基酚类化合物 (alkylphenolcompounds,APs)因其长期的广泛应用与在环境中的大量滞留 ,已成为最常见的环境污染物之一 ,与之相关的环境内分泌干扰效应已越来越成为关注的热点和亟待研究与解决的问题。本文拟对APs及其相关化合物的生殖内分泌干扰效应和作用机制做初步论述。
Abstract:Alkylphenol compounds (APs) is one of most common environmental pollutants due to wide use and abroad existence in environment. There has been increasing concern about its impact to the endocrine system that need to be investigated. In this paper, the toxic effect and mechanism of APs on reproduction and development was reviewed.
