食物营养强化是改善人群营养缺乏简单有效而且成本低廉的方法。本文介绍了我国近年来营养强化剂的生产及应用情况,提出了今后我国营养强化剂发展应克服的困难和存在的问题。
Abstract：The simple,efficient and low system cost method for improving the nutritional deficiencies is the food fortification.The thesis introducts the product and application situation of the nutrients fortificants in recent year and point out the difficulties,which should be overcome,and the questions which is existing during the nutrients fortificants development in the future in China.
