目的调查艾滋病相关工作人员的心理健康状况及分析其影响因素。方法采用整群抽样法抽取运城市盐湖区与绛县艾滋病相关工作人员共96名,用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对其进行心理健康测查。结果艾滋病相关工作人员在阳性症状痛苦水平(P=0.01)、强迫症状(P=0.02)及精神病性(P=0.01)3个因子上的得分显著高于全国常模;不同职务的工作人员在总症状指数(P=0.001)、强迫症状(P=0.008)等因子的得分上存在显著差异;不同专业的工作人员在强迫症状(P=0.046)、焦虑(P=0.044)等因子的得分上存在显著差异;学历及职务是影响艾滋病相关工作人员心理健康的主要影响因素。结论艾滋病相关工作人员的心理健康状况不容乐观;不同职务及专业工作人员心理健康状况有差异;学历及职务会影响艾滋病相关工作人员的心理健康。

Objective To investigate the mental health and the influence factors among the workers related to AIDS.Methods 96 workers related to AIDS in Yuncheng City and Jiangxian County were questioned by symptom check list-90(SCL-90).Results The scores in total average(P=0.01),forcing symptom(P=0.02) and psychosis(P=0.01) were higher than those in national standard significantly. The scores of some factors were significantly different within position and majors. The education and the post were main influence factors.Conclusion The condition of mental health among workers related to AIDS could be poor. The levels of mental health were significantly different within position and majors.The education and the position will influence the mental health of the workers related to AIDS.
