目的 了解中国十省(自治区)成年居民营养素补充剂服用状况。方法 营养素补充剂界定为原料包含《保健食品原料目录营养素补充剂(2023年版)》中品类,产品形式包含保健食品、非处方药类微量营养素补充产品以及其他形式产品。通过项目调查涉及十省(自治区)营养素补充剂使用情况,了解成年居民营养素补充剂服用率;通过营养素补充剂摄入种类、品牌、数量,了解成年居民对营养素补充剂认知及补充行为,进一步分析成年居民目前营养素补充中存在的风险。结果 2023年十省(自治区)成年居民过去1年营养素补充剂服用率为3.3%,其中32.0%的调查对象对营养素补充剂的理解存在误区,18.7%的服用营养素补充剂的调查对象服用品种超过2种,调查对象主要服用的营养素补充剂类型为维生素与矿物质复合的产品,单一营养素补充剂摄入中主要为钙与维生素C。结论 2022—2023年十省(自治区)成年居民营养素补充剂服用率较低,存在多种营养素混合使用的风险。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To understand the intake status of nutrient supplements in 10 provinces(autonomous regions), so as to provide scientific evidence for guiding the rational use of nutrient supplements.METHODS In this study, nutrient supplement is defined as raw materials including the categories in the “Health Food Raw Materials Catalog, Nutrient Supplements(2023 Edition)”, and the product forms include health foods, OTC micronutrient supplements, and others. The scope of nutrient supplements in this study was defined. The intake of nutrient supplements in 10 provinces(autonomous regions) was investigated to understand the rate of nutrient supplement intake among adults. Through the intake types, brands and quantities of nutrient supplements, to understand the cognition and supplement behavior of adult residents on nutrient supplements, and further analyze the concept, function, main intake types and current risks of adult residents on nutrient supplements.RESULTS In 2023, the intake rate of nutrient supplements in 10 provinces(autonomous regions) was 3.3% in the past year. Among them, 30.0% of the respondents had misunderstandings about nutrient supplements, and 18.7% of the respondents took more than two kinds of nutrient supplements. The main types of nutrient supplements taken by the respondents were multivitamin and multimineral supplements, and the intake of single nutrient supplements was mainly calcium and vitamin C.CONCLUSION The use rate of nutrient supplements in 10 provinces(autonomous regions) is low, and there is a risk of mixed use of multiple nutrients.
