营养干预对非小细胞肺癌患者化疗期间营养状况的影响

摘要:

目的 探索营养干预对非小细胞肺癌患者化疗期间营养状况的影响。方法 选取2020年11月—2021年10月在医院肿瘤科及呼吸科就诊的首次进行化疗的108例肺癌患者为研究对象,随机分为口服营养补充组和对照组,口服营养补充组给予个体化营养教育和口服补充营养素,对照组给予常规治疗和饮食指导,评估营养干预对非小细胞肺癌患者的患者主观整体评分、部分生化指标和人体成分指标的影响。结果 在4个化疗周期期间,患者主观整体评分呈不断上升趋势且从第2周期开始口服营养补充组评分均低于对照组,差异无统计学意义;化疗第2周期开始至第4周期结束,口服营养补充组白细胞、总淋巴细胞、血红蛋白、总蛋白、白蛋白均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);第2周期开始至第4周期结束口服营养补充组的体重、体质指数、蛋白质、骨骼肌含量、去脂体重均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 非小细胞肺癌患者在4个化疗周期营养状况明显下降,及时给予营养干预可以改善或维持身体成分的正常水平,提升综合治疗效果。
