我国中小学生早餐营养状况

摘要:

1992年全国营养调查结果的分析表明,城乡学生中80%以上有良好的每日吃早餐的习惯。早餐的膳食模式城乡有一定的差别,农村学生的早餐以谷类或谷类加蔬菜类为主,且摄入量较大,占全天的三分之一左右,热量及蛋白质的摄入量已达到全天的30%;而城市学生中更多的人在早餐中有肉蛋类和乳类,相对的谷类的摄入量比农村低,热量和蛋白质占全天的比例分别为20%~24%。无论是城市还是农村,随着经济状况的改善,人们在早餐中选择肉、蛋类食品的人数在逐渐增多。

The breakfast situation of primary and middle school students has been concerned for many years, The breakfast information of 1992 national survey showed that80%of the students ate breakfast every day. The breakfast patterns of rural student mainly were cereals or cereals with vegetables. There was very low intake of milk, meats and other animal products for rural students. The breakfast was about one third of their daily allowance. Students in urban have more meat, eggs and milk in their breakfast. The intake of cereals of urban students is lower than that of the rural children. The breakfast energy and protein intake of urban students were about 20%and 24%of their daily levels. The data also showed that both in urban and rural more and more people chose meat and eggs for their breakfast increase along with the well being of the households.
