目的建立超高效液相色谱法同时测定化妆品中9种邻苯二甲酸酯和双酚A的分析方法。方法样品经甲醇提取后,用超高效液相色谱带PDA检测器进行检测,色谱柱:苯基柱(50mm×2.1mm i.d.,1.7μm)。定量检测波长为275nm。结果 9种邻苯二甲酸酯的线性范围为10.0~300.0μg/ml,双酚A线性范围为5.0~150.0μg/ml;相关系数r≥0.9996;邻苯二甲酸二甲酯和邻苯二甲酸二乙酯的检出限为0.4μg/ml,双酚A的检出限为0.2μg/ml,邻苯二甲酸二丙酯、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、邻苯二甲酸丁基苄酯、邻苯二甲酸二戊酯、邻苯二甲酸二己酯和邻苯二甲酸双(2-乙基己基)酯的检出限为0.8μg/ml;高浓度加标平均回收率在91.9%~101.3%,低浓度加标平均回收率在92.8%~105.4%;相对标准偏差小于5.23%。结论该方法操作简单、快速、有效,适合化妆品中9种邻苯二甲酸甲酯和双酚A的日常检测。
Abstract:Objective An ultra-performance liquid chromatography method has been established for the simultaneous determination of 9 phthalate esters and bisphenol A in cosmetics.Methods The samples were extracted by methanol and determined by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography with PDA detector.The separation of 9 phthalate esters and bisphenol A was carried out by an Phenyl column(50mm×2.1mm id,1.7μm) column and quantification was based on detection wavelength at 275 nm.Results The linear ranges of the calibration curves for 9 phthalate esters and bisphenol A were 10-300μg/ml and 5-150μg/ml,respectively.The correlation coefficients of the standard curves were all higher than 0.9996.The limits of detection(LODs) for phthalate esters were 0.4-0.8μg/ml and bisphenol A was 0.2μg/ml.The average recoveries at the concentrations studied were in the range from 91.9% to 105.4%.Relative standard deviations were all less than 5.23%.Conclusion The method is simple,fast and effective,and could meet the needs for routine analysis of the 9 phthalate esters and bisphenol A in cosmetics.
