大豆β-伴球蛋白对40~60岁高脂血症妇女血清甘油三酯的降低作用

摘要:

目的研究大豆β-伴球蛋白对40~60岁高血脂妇女的血清甘油三酯的降低作用。方法按照保健食品评价规范选择单纯高血脂的40~60岁女性100名,随机分为3组(高剂量组:摄食大豆伴球蛋白片4.6g/d,低剂量组:摄食大豆β-伴球蛋白片2.3g/d,安慰剂组:服用酪蛋白片安慰剂10.0g/d),干预12周。分别在0、6和12周对受试者膳食、运动等情况进行问卷调查,并检测各组血脂(TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C)。结果大豆β-伴球蛋白干预低剂量组血清TG降低了24.96%,高剂量组降低了38.70%。结论大豆β-伴球蛋白可以显著降低40~60岁高血脂女性血清甘油三酯水平,具有显著的降低中性脂肪的作用。

Abstract:

Objective Improving effects on serum triacylglyceride in women with hypertriacylglycerolemia by soybean β-conglycinin.Methods A placebo-controlled,randomized,double-blind study was conducted in 100 women aged 40-60 with TC>6.22 mmol/L(or TG>1.70mmol/L).The subjects were administered β-conglycinin 4.6g(high dose) in 8 test tablets and 2.3g(low dose) in 4 test tablets daily for the two test groups and 4 placebo tablets containing noβ-conglycinin for the control group for 12 weeks.Results Compared to the control group,serum triacylglycerol in the high dose group was significantly reduced at the 6th week(P<0.001) and the 12th week(P=0.001) of the trial.Serum triacylglycerol in the low dose group was reduced at the 6th week(P<0.001) of the trial.Conclusion Soybean β-conglycinin seemed to have a positive effect of reducing serum triglycerides and improving serum lipids in people with hyperlipidemia.
