1986~1995年,在我省6县(市)的部分农村地区对5218名学龄前儿童进行了营养改善研究。在改善中重点抓了营养培训、教育和改善工作,十年共培训营养工作者1740人次,为386对中青年夫妇举办儿童父母课堂23次,宣传达2万人次,印刷宣传材料1万余份。十年建立家庭菜园1.3km2,水果产量增加4213250kg,家禽、畜增加33753kg,大豆增加22278kg。使改善组整体膳食结构趋向合理,低体重儿减少53.4%,身高(长)不足儿减少27.2%,贫血人数减少43.8%,营养改善取得良好效果。
Abstract:From 1986 to 1995,a nutrition improvement program was carried out in 5 218 preschool children in six counties of Hubei province. Nutrition training, education and improvement were the key-points of the program. In this ten years 1 740 nutrition field workers were trained, 772 parents of children took part in 23 classes, and 20 000 villagers received nutrition knowledge and information, which included promotion of breast feeding and supplies of proper weaning foods. 10 000 propaganda, handouts and booklets were made and distributed. A total area of 1.3km2 home gardens were established. The yields of fruit, beans and livestock were increased 4 213 250kg and 22 278kg , respectively. The results showed that the dietary pattern of the villagers became more reasonable and the nutritional status of the preschoolers was improved greatly . The prevalence of underweight reduced by 53.4% and that of stunting by 27.2%. The prevalence of anemia decreased by 43.8%.
