高尿酸血症动物模型研究进展

摘要:

高尿酸血症是由于嘌呤代谢紊乱和/或尿酸排泄减少所引起的一组异质性疾病。近年来,高尿酸血症发病趋势不断升高,构建合理的动物模型是研究高尿酸血症发病机制及防治途径的基础。本文对目前常见的高尿酸血症动物模型的造模方法、机制和检测指标进行了综述,并对其中存在的问题进行了阐释。
