目的 分析绵竹市中老年超重肥胖人群人体成分与代谢性指标的相关性。方法 于2020年6—9月采用方便抽样的方式抽取4992例绵竹中老年居民，其中男性占32%,女性占68%;年龄(57.58±8.19)岁；城市占47.2%,农村占52.8%,进行问卷调查、人体成分检测及实验室检测，收集其基本信息、人体成分结果和代谢性指标结果，进行斯皮尔曼相关性分析。结果 调查人群超重肥胖率为44.07%。超重肥胖组体成分表明，男性骨骼肌质量指数(skeletal muscle mass index, SMI)、骨骼肌质量(skeletal muscle mass, SMM)、瘦组织质量(soft lean mass, SLM)、腰围、臀围均高于女性，体脂百分比(percentage body fat, PBF)、内脏脂肪面积(visceral fat area, VFA)低于女性(P<0.05)。超重肥胖组代谢性指标显示，男性丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alanine aminotransferase, ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(aspartate aminotransferase, AST)、甘油三酯(triglyceride, TG)、血糖(glucose, GLU)和血尿酸(uric acid, UA)均高于女性，低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein cholesterol, LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein cholesterol, HDL-C)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol, TC)低于女性(P<0.05)。超重肥胖人群体成分与代谢性指标相关分析表明，男性SMI、SMM、SLM、BMI、PBF、VFA、腰围、臀围均与TG呈正相关，BMI、PBF、VFA、腰围、臀围与GLU、UA呈正相关；女性的BMI、PBF、VFA、腰围、臀围与ALT、GLU、UA呈正相关，SMI、SMM、SLM与LDL-C、TC呈负相关。结论 绵竹市中老年超重肥胖人群体成分结果与代谢性指标具有相关性。
