副格氏乳杆菌(Lactobacillus paragasseri)是2018年从格氏乳杆菌中划分出的新物种,二者通过常规鉴定方法难以区分,全基因组测序是目前最可靠的鉴别手段。本文从表型与生化特性、基因组特征、安全性及功能特性等方面,对副格氏乳杆菌的分类学变化相关研究进展进行综述。
