随着我国老龄化进程加剧,与增龄相关的肌肉衰减症严重影响了老年人的生活质量。大量研究表明,合理膳食能减缓老年人肌肉衰减的发生和发展,其中膳食的炎症效应发挥了重要作用。膳食炎症指数通过计算整体食物和营养素的炎症效应评分,在一定程度上准确评估食物对身体引起炎症反应的可能性。运用膳食炎症指数从膳食的炎性作用角度研究膳食与老年人肌肉健康的关联,可为进一步促进肌肉健康的膳食指导提供新思路。
